Bonus and Incentive Schemes
Depending upon your job role you will become eligible to join a Team Bonus Scheme (once you have achieved a certain length of service). These schemes offer you the opportunity to share in the success of your site or the company overall.
Commission
Employees who work in a sales environment may be eligible to earn commission. The level of this is based on your job role and will be communicated to you in advance.

Pension Scheme
Employees with 3 months service or more are eligible to join the Company Pension Scheme. This is a contributory stakeholder compliant scheme and you will receive details of the plan once you have completed 3 months service.
Death in Service
All employees are immediately eligible for death in service benefits and this equates to a minimum of 1x your annual salary. You will be given the opportunity to tell us who this should be paid to in the event of your death.
Sharesave
Employees with 3 months service or more become eligible to join the Sharesave scheme. These are launched annually and you will receive an invitation to join if this applies to you. The scheme enables employees to purchase shares in the company at a discounted rate by saving a set amount of money each month over a fixed time period.
Company Healthcare Scheme
Some employees are entitled to join the Healthcare Scheme. The cost of the employee’s cover is met by Business Post and is a taxable benefit. You may also extend the cover for your family at an additional personal cost.
Childcare Vouchers
Eligible employees can make significant savings on childcare costs through the childcare voucher scheme. The system allows you to buy vouchers via deductions from your salary and these are widely accepted throughout the UK in a variety of childcare establishments.
Long Service Awards
We value employee loyalty to Business Post and as a thank you we offer long service awards which include a certificate and number of electronic points. You can then accumulate these points over time to exchange for a gift from an extensive online catalogue.
Free Eye Care
In order to safeguard your eyesight, we offer vouchers for free eye tests to employees who use computers during their normal duties. You may also be eligible for a contribution towards the cost of spectacles.
Holiday Entitlement
Business Post offers a competitive holiday entitlement which can increase with service up to a maximum of 25 days per year for a full time employee.
Company Workwear
Some employees are expected to wear corporate clothing when carrying out their normal duties. Where issued, this is done so free of charge to the individual and replaced when necessary.
